The company’s injection moulded crates are stackable plastic crates made from food grade density polyethylene used for Material Handling, Storage and Transportation of products.

certified company; Nilkamal maintains quality standards right from manufacturing to
distribution.
The Company has advanced machinery in Injection Moulding, Rotational Moulding, Vaccum Forming, Polyurethane Injection (of insulation) and capabilities for SMC and Blow Moulding. Each of these plants have dedicated Tool Rooms.
Occupying a massive total contructed area of 11,33,738 sq ft, all of Nilkamall’s
manufacturing plants are ISO 9001/2008 Certified and practice 6 Sigma manufacturing
process. This extensive manufacturing infrastructure is ably supported by our wide
and strong sales network, operating through 49 Regional Offices and 33 Warehouses
spread across India. All the 
Nilkamal plants, warehouses and offices
are connected to the Head Office in real time by ERP, SAP-R3.
The company has also entered into a joint venture with BITO Lagertechnik Bittmann GmbH, Germany to manufacture storage systems of metal in India. In India, Nilkamal is the sole dealer for Automated Storage and Retrieval systems, manufactured by Hanel Buro-und lagersysteme, Germany. The company is also working with Plastic Omnium Systems Urbains S.A of France for supply of high tech plastic waste bins to municipalities, supermarkets, multiplexes, housing colonies etc. Through its quality and deliverance, Nilkamal has emerged as one of the major exporter to Europe, USA, Middle East, Far East, Africa and Asia.
